Rokok dan epidemiologi kanker paru

Abstract


Abstrak.   Sebanyak  90 % dari kanker  paru dikaitkan  akibat  merokok.  Beberapa  hal yang  ikut  meningkatkan risiko  seseorang untuk menderita  kanker paru  antara lain :  usia, geografi, dan kebiasaan  merokok.   Kanker paru terutama  pada  usia  mcnengah   hingga   lanjut.   Beberapa  negara  yang  memiliki    insiden   tinggi   kanker  paru dikaitkan  dengan pengaruh ras dan genctika.   (JKS 2008; 2: 109-112)
