Abstract

(JKS 2008; 2:

Abstract. Refluks Gastroesofagus  (ROE) is a physiological   frequently  found in children, but can develop into patologic.   Esofagitis   is  patologic   symtomp/  complications   that are frequently  found due to exposure of the acid side wall of the esophagus redundant.  Refluks Gastroesofagus which  didn't   treat well can decrease the quality  of  life  of children   and  cause  serious   complications,   such as  failure  to grow,  striktur csofagus,  or esofagus Barrets.  Treatment  ROE on children   need to understand precisely  so that the handling  can be done as early as possible  to prevent  the occurrence  of complications   dikemudian   days.  On the ROE suspected complications   have  occurred  (esofagitis),   the  endoscope   examination  is  the  first  choice.  Esophagus  pH monitoring  using  a  pH-metri  diagnostic   procedures  are  currently  the  gold  standard  for  diagnosis  RGE. Prokinetik Group is a drug ~t provides  effective results  in children with RGE.  (JKS 2008 2: IJJ-121)
