Abstract


ABSTRACT

 

The purpose of this research is to analyze employee performance of The Fair of The Office and Port Authority of Malahayati. This study uses work culture variables, work motivation and remuneration to analyze the effect of employee performances.Other than that, this study also uses individual commitment variables as a mediating variable to analyze the effect of employee commitment level on the organization. Population in this research is all employees of The Office of The Fair and Port Authority of Malahayati which totalling to 88 peoples. Data were collected by using questionnaire methods by giving questionnaire or questionnaire directly to the respondents. Data analysis technique in this research using analysis PLS (Partial Least Square), which operated through program SMARTPLS 3.0. The results showed that the variables of work culture, work motivation and remuneration have an influence on individual commitment, but the variables of work culture, work motivation and remuneration have no direct effect on employees performance. Performance is influenced by individual commitment. Other results shows that the variables of work culture, work motivation and remuneration have an indirect effect on employee performances through individual commitment.
