Abstract


ABSTRACT

 

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of consumer involvement, credibility of information sources and customer satisfaction on the procurement of consumer medicine decision at pharmacies in Banda Aceh city. The sample of this study were 168 consumers which taken by using purposive sampling from each districts in Banda Aceh. The method of data collection was questionnaire and path analysis. The study found that consumer involvement and credibility of information sources gave positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction. Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on repeat purchase. The existence of consumer satisfaction mediates the influence of consumer involvement and the credibility of the source of information on repeat purchase.
