Abstract


ABSTRACT

The study aims to determine the effect of work environment, organizational culture and leadership on organizational climate and their impact on the organizational performance of sub-district office in Banda Aceh city. The study conducted of 189 employees of the office. Data collected by questionnaire, and then the data is analyzed by using means of statistics structural equation model (SEM). The study found that work environment, organizational culture and leadership have a positive and significant effect on organizational climate and organizational performance of sub-district office in Banda Aceh city. Organizational climate mediates the effect of work environment, organizational culture and leadership on the organizational performance of the institution.
