Abstract


ABSTRACT. The research has been conducted at Laboratory of animal product technology, Agriculture Faculty, Syiah Kuala University. This aimed of the research to study the different of composition of fat and milk protein to Etawah goats at the firs and fourth laction. The results showed that there were do not significantly different (P>0.05) between the composition of fat and milk protein at the first lactation and the fourth lactatation. Composition of fat and milk protein at the first lactation was 3.966% and 3.336%. Wheras at the forth lactation were 4.016% to milk fat and 3.354% to milk protein composition.
