ANALISIS RENCANA PELAKSANAAN PEMBELAJARAN (RPP) GURU BAHASA INDONESIA PESERTA PENDIDIKAN PROFESI GURU (PPG) DALAM JABATAN

Abstract


ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis komponen-komponen dalam Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) guru bahasa Indonesia peserta Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) dalam Jabatan Universitas Syiah Kuala tahun 2021. Sumber data kajian adalah RPP yang disusun untuk persiapan Praktik Pengalaman Lapangan (PPL). Sejumlah enam RPP yang belum mengalami proses pembimbingan oleh dosen pembimbing dan guru pamong telah dianalisis. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi. Penganalisisan data dilakukan dalam bentuk analisis isi. Dari hasil penelitian didapati kelemahan yang paling mendasar dalam RPP yang dianalisis adalah pada komponen: (1) penilaian, yang meliputi kesesuaian butir soal dengan indikator dan tujuan pembelajaran, pengembangan butir soal dan rubrik penilaian; (2) perumusan indikator pencapaian kompetensi; (3) perumusan tujuan pembelajaran, dan (4) penyusunan langkah-langkah pembelajaran.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to describe and analyze the components in the lesson planning (RPP) of Indonesian language teachers participating in Teacher Professional Education (PPG) in the position of Syiah Kuala University in 2021. The source of the study data is RPP which is prepared for the preparation of Practical Experience Field (PPL). A total of six RPP that have not undergone the mentoring process by the supervisor and tutor teachers have been analyzed. Data were collected using documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out in the form of content analysis. From the results of the study, it was found that the most basic weaknesses in the RPP analyzed were in the components: (1) assessment, which included the suitability of items with indicators and learning objectives, development of items and assessment rubrics; (2) formulation of competency achievement indicators; (3) formulation of learning objectives, and (4) preparation of learning steps.
